Shipping policy

Delivery area

DUNEFIELDCAMP ships from the United States to delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.

We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or overseas possessions, or military addresses, including APO, FPO and DPO addresses. International delivery is not available.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders within our delivery area, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Orders are shipped domestically. Customers are not required to pay import duties, customs clearance charges or additional delivery fees to receive their order.

Product prices include applicable sales tax. We do not add a separate tax charge on top of the displayed product price at checkout.

Processing time and cutoff

Order processing normally takes 1–3 business days after payment authorization and receipt of complete order information.

Our daily cutoff is 4:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time, Monday–Friday. Central Time follows local daylight saving time: CST or CDT as applicable.

Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends or on U.S. federal public holidays enter processing on the next business day. Orders received before the cutoff enter the processing schedule that business day; same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.

Transit and total delivery estimate

After dispatch, standard transit normally takes 3–5 business days.

Allow approximately 4–8 business days in total for processing and transit, counted from the business day the order enters processing.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal public holidays. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Dispatch confirmation and tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will send a confirmation and tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the shipment. If tracking is unavailable or appears incorrect, contact support@dunefieldcamp.shop.

Delays

If we become aware that we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate where available, and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund of the unshipped goods.

If we cannot obtain any consent required by law, we will cancel the affected unshipped goods and issue the required refund.

For delays after dispatch, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Carrier delays do not remove your applicable consumer rights.

Incorrect addresses and delivery changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting an order.

Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We can update the address before dispatch where operationally possible. Once dispatched, address changes depend on the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate resolution. We will not impose an undisclosed reshipping fee.

Missing or damaged parcels

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, check the delivery location and contact us promptly. We will investigate with the carrier and agree on an appropriate resolution.

If a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, retain the packaging where reasonably possible and contact us with your order number and details. Photographs are helpful where available.

We do not require you to resolve a seller-related delivery problem solely with the carrier. A tracking scan does not automatically prevent investigation or an appropriate remedy.
