About these terms
These terms govern your use of dunefieldcamp.shop and purchases from DUNEFIELDCAMP, operated by DUNEFIELD CAMPING SUPPLY LLC.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies relevant to your purchase, including our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract or have appropriate authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
Provide accurate order and contact information, use an authorized payment method and keep account credentials secure.
You must not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, harmful software or interference with the store or its security.
Products and descriptions
We sell physical camping and outdoor accessories. Product listings describe the item, its specifications and what is included.
Items shown as styling props are included only when the listing expressly says so. Colors may vary slightly between screens and lighting conditions. This does not excuse supplying goods that materially differ from their description.
Follow the instructions and suitability information supplied with each product. Do not assume that a product has a safety certification, load rating, protective performance or suitability for climbing, rescue or other safety-critical use unless expressly stated and supported in its listing.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless clearly stated otherwise.
Displayed prices include applicable sales tax. We do not add a separate sales tax charge on top of the displayed product price at checkout. Any tax breakdown shown at checkout identifies tax already included in the price.
Standard shipping within our delivery area is free, with no minimum order value. The order total is shown before you confirm payment.
Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Payment is subject to authorization by the relevant payment provider.
Orders and acceptance
After placing an order, you should receive an acknowledgment. This confirms receipt of the order and does not by itself guarantee acceptance.
Acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will notify you and promptly refund any payment collected.
We may reject an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, an unsupported delivery address, failed payment authorization or suspected fraud.
Errors and availability
If a material pricing, description or availability error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch. We will not require you to accept a higher price or substitute product without agreement.
If the order cannot proceed on the agreed terms, you may cancel and receive a refund. Website updates do not change an accepted order retroactively.
Shipping
We deliver only within the contiguous 48 United States.
Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. Full details, including the daily cutoff, appear in our Shipping Policy.
If we cannot dispatch within the promised period, we will notify you and offer the choices required by law, including cancellation and a refund for unshipped goods.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
You may request cancellation before dispatch.
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receipt, including change-of-mind returns. We cover approved return and exchange shipping and do not charge restocking or return processing fees.
Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.
The Return and Refund Policy contains the full procedure. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Website content and intellectual property
Content owned by us or used under license is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping and lawful reference.
You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.
Service availability and responsibility
We take reasonable steps to keep the website accurate and available, but temporary maintenance, technical faults or external outages may occur.
Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, defective goods or personal injury.
We do not exclude mandatory product warranties or consumer remedies.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of Kentucky, without overriding mandatory consumer protections available to you.
Please contact us first if a concern arises so we can attempt to resolve it. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights to bring a claim where permitted by law.
Changes
Changes to these terms apply prospectively. The terms applicable when your order was placed govern that purchase unless you agree otherwise or the law requires a change.
